Job Description

- Accounts is mainly responsible for overseeing and conducting training classes for students and professionals in finance & accounting domain.

Desired Profile

: 1. Diploma/Bachelors/Masters in any relevant field 2. Teaching experience of a minimum of 1 year 3. Ability to think creatively for presentation of course content 4. Good written and spoken English skills 5. Good grasp of technical concepts in subjects related to Accounting and Finance a. Excellent knowledge and working experience in the following software packages such as Tally Prime/Tally ERP 9, MS Excel, QuickBooks online etc. b. Knowledge and working experience in theoretical and practical aspects of Income Tax and GST.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Manage and Oversee all student trainings whether online or offline i. Plan and structure each course ii. Oversee student registrations iii. Coordinate each activity for proper conduct of student training iv. Conduct classes and train juniors 2. Responsible to prepare, oversee, check and validate all technical content and matters for all student and professional training whether online or offline before the training begins. 3. Work with the content team to create/ co-create and design content for e-learning modules. 4. Drive other strategic projects within the company such as new course launch, contests & competitions, etc., 5. Designing interesting methods and means of evaluating students. 6. Ensure content is of high quality and meets student requirements. 7. Creatively present course content in videos / notes / MCQs etc. 8. Interact with students and understand their requirements better; liaison with various internal teams & ensure our product meets students requirements. 9. Oversee and write/translate Kannada articles for Finprov 10. Assist in College visits/seminars when needed 11. Attend trainings and seminars to learn new software/ERP and to be updated 12. Contribute, participate and perform ad hoc activities as and when required for the growth and success of the organization as a whole Qualities: 1. Good presentation skills 2.
