Role Overview

We are searching for a dynamic and meticulous Global Finance, Accounts & Taxation Manager to lead and manage the financial operations across our growing international branch network. The successful candidate will be the cornerstone of our cross-border financial management, demonstrating deep expertise in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, tax regulations, and complex banking documentation. This high-impact role requires strategic thinking, exceptional precision, and the proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and external financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Strategic Analysis

• Prepare and analyse comprehensive weekly and monthly revenue reports for all branches, including detailed growth analysis utilizing data visualization tools (charts, graphs, and dashboards).
• Generate timely provisional Profit & Loss (P&L) statements segmented by individual branch and cost centre for executive review.
• Compile monthly debtors and creditors reports, including ranking summaries, alongside any necessary ad-hoc financial reports as directed by management.

Banking & Institutional Documentation

• Develop specialized monthly aging reports for both debtors and creditors that meet the stringent reporting requirements of financial institutions and banks.
• Prepare all necessary financial documentation and clearly define key financial parameters for external institutional reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact, efficiently responding to specific reporting and information requests from banks and other financial institutions.

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance (Thailand, India, Vietnam)

• Ensure full and rigorous compliance with Thailands accounting standards and tax regulations as the central hub of operations.
• Actively assist and collaborate with external consultants during statutory audits and internal departmental reviews.
• Prepare All Statutory payments /detailed monthly transaction reports essential for Withholding Tax (TDS) and Value Added Tax (VAT) audits.
• Execute timely monthly TDS/All Statutory payments in close coordination with senior management.

Financial Accounting & Audit Coordination (Thailand, India, Vietnam)

• Oversee complete financial operations, including accurate invoice processing, Tally entries, IFMS Shipping applications, bank reconciliations, and Management Information System (MIS) reporting.
• Calculate and process all VAT / Statutory payments and withholding tax payments, ensuring the prompt issuance of payment confirmations.
• Manage entries and ensure proper documentation for intercompany hire charges and all related party transactions.
• Play a key role in the successful execution of half-yearly and annual audit processes.

Miscellaneous & Strategic Assignments

• Accurately document all foreign exchange purchases in strict adherence to management guidelines.
• Draft and review contracts and other critical official documentation as required.
• Participate in virtual meetings and prepare clear, concise weekly minutes for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Skillls to look for :

• Proven, hands-on experience in a multinational environment covering international finance, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical acumen and proficiency in core financial software, including Tally and advanced Microsoft Excel functionality.
• Direct familiarity with regional tax laws and audit procedures across Thailand, India, and Vietnam is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-branch operations and collaborate effectively across diverse cultural landscapes.
