Accounts & Tax Executive

Location: Borivali, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a CA Firm

We are a growing mid-sized Chartered Accountancy firm based in Borivali, looking for Accounts & Tax Executives who are eager to take their career to the next level. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with diverse clients across industries, gain hands-on exposure in accounting, taxation, and compliance, and grow in a supportive learning environment.

What You’ll Do

Accounting & Finance

• Manage day-to-day accounting including bookkeeping, ledger posting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in line with accounting standards.

GST

• Work on GST compliance: filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns.
• Perform GSTR-2B reconciliation with books.
• Assist clients during GST audits, inquiries, and scrutiny proceedings.

Income Tax

• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR).
• Preparation and filing of TDS returns.

Compliance & Advisory

• Keep track of regulatory changes and ensure client compliance.
• Provide support and guidance to clients on financial and tax matters.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in a CA firm.
• Strong understanding of Accounting, GST, and Income Tax.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/others) and MS Excel.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.
