Accounts Receivable/Accounts Specialist

As an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist at our company located in Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur, your role will involve assisting Admin & Finance Heads with all accounts & Clients Followup. Your work timings will be from 10.30 AM to 7.30 PM, six days per week. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proficiency in using Tally / ZohoBooks for accounting - Collecting past due balances in accordance with Firm guidelines and standards - Resolving uncollectable balances through the Firms write-off protocols - Collaborating with other departments to resolve billing inquiries, disputes, contracts, and other issues - Interacting with Firm management regarding the status of the portfolio - Preparing reports and analyses to keep Firm management apprised of results and performance - Acting as a liaison between clients and attorneys, resolving outstanding accounts receivable while maintaining the client/attorney relationship **Qualifications and Skills:** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships - Must have a vehicle (Bike/Scooty) The Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist position requires a candidate who can effectively manage the accounts receivable function and collection activities for client accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring that client invoices are collected, managed, and resolved for both current and past due accounts. Additionally, you may collaborate with other departments to address billing inquiries, disputes, contracts, and other related issues.
