Accounts Receivable Specialist – US Healthcare (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AR (Accounts Receivable) process for US healthcare clients.
• Review and analyze insurance claims, denials, and payments.
• Perform follow-ups with insurance companies via calls and emails to check claim status.
• Identify and resolve claim rejections and underpayments efficiently.
• Accurately post payments and adjustments in the billing system.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets as per SLA.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth billing operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
• 2–5 years of experience in US Medical Billing / AR Calling / RCM.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Good understanding of healthcare terminologies, EOBs, and claim cycles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in Night Shift (US time zone).
