Accounts Receivable Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Debtor Follow-up:

• Conduct follow-ups with 500 customers daily via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payment and resolve disputes.
• Track payment commitments and escalate overdue accounts as per policy.

• Accounts Management:

• Monitor aging reports and highlight risk accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and ensure payment application accuracy.
• Coordinate with the sales and billing teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Provide actionable insights to management based on financial data and debtor behavior.

• Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation for communications, approvals, and settlements.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Proven experience in handling

  high-volume debtor follow-ups

• Strong knowledge of

  Accounts Receivable

  reconciliation processes

• Proficiency in

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in B. Com
• Professional certifications (if any) in finance or accounts will be an added advantage.

Compensation:

Competitive and commensurate with experience.
