Job Description

Job Title:

Job Summary:

Accounts Receivable Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Debtor Follow-up:

Conduct follow-ups with 500 customers daily via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payment and resolve disputes.
Track payment commitments and escalate overdue accounts as per policy.

Accounts Management:

Monitor aging reports and highlight risk accounts.
Reconcile customer accounts and ensure payment application accuracy.
Coordinate with the sales and billing teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.
Provide actionable insights to management based on financial data and debtor behavior.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.
Maintain proper documentation for communications, approvals, and settlements.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Proven experience in handling
high-volume debtor follow-ups
(500
accounts/day).
Strong knowledge of
Accounts Receivable
,
credit control
, and
reconciliation processes
.
Proficiency in
Excel
, Spectrum.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in B. Com
Professional certifications (if any) in finance or accounts will be an added advantage.

Compensation:

Competitive and commensurate with experience.

Job Location – Mumbai
