Handle Tally accounting, invoicing, taxation (GST, TDS, PF/ESIC).
Manage employee & employer tax filings and payroll processes.
Oversee HR operations attendance, recruitment, salary, documentation.
Assist in legal and compliance matters.
Support management as a Personal Assistant – calls, emails, scheduling.
Manage office admin & HR tasks end-to-end.
Must have advanced computer skills (Excel, Email, etc.).
Strong English communication & writing skills required
Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar (appointments, meetings, events)
Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, visas, itineraries)
Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Handle confidential documents and information with integrity
Run personal errands and assist with household tasks as needed
Manage expense reports and basic bookkeeping tasks
Assist with personal and professional projects as required
Act as a liaison between the executive and other stakeholders
ssist in planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Develop and manage content for social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce marketing materials.
Manage and monitor online campaigns, including Google Ads, SEO, and social media promotions.
Organize and support promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare regular reports.
Maintain relationships with media vendors and advertising agencies.
Assist in budget management and ensure marketing activities stay within approved budgets.
Support the sales team with marketing materials and lead generation initiatives
