Position Summary

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on denied, rejected, or unpaid U.S. medical claims through outbound calls.

• Interpret EOBs

  and take corrective action—resubmit, appeal, or resolve underpayments.
• Document all actions, call details, and next steps in billing systems.
• Collaborate with billing and coding teams to fix discrepancies and prevent future denials.
• Meet/exceed productivity and quality benchmarks (denial resolution rate, AR days, clean claims).

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ U.S. Healthcare AR/RCM experience

  (claims, denials, appeals).
• Strong knowledge of the

  medical billing cycle, claim adjudication, denial codes, EOBs

  .
• Hands-on with billing systems (

  Kareo, AdvancedMD, eCW, Epic, Cerner

  ).
• Proficient in

  denial management, HIPAA compliance, documentation accuracy

  .
• Excellent

  communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Office (Excel/Word)

  and RCM tools.
• Bonus: Certifications (

  CPC, CPB

  ) and coding knowledge (

  CPT/ICD-10

  ).
