Position Summary As an Accounts Receivable Specialist , you'll drive timely collections and improve revenue KPIs through expert claim follow-up, denial resolution, documentation, and payer advocacy. You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping client revenue cycles healthy and minimizing AR days. Key Responsibilities Follow up on denied, rejected, or unpaid U.S. medical claims through outbound calls. Interpret EOBs and take corrective action—resubmit, appeal, or resolve underpayments. Document all actions, call details, and next steps in billing systems. Collaborate with billing and coding teams to fix discrepancies and prevent future denials. Meet/exceed productivity and quality benchmarks (denial resolution rate, AR days, clean claims). Required Qualifications Minimum 2+ years’ U.S. Healthcare AR/RCM experience (claims, denials, appeals). Strong knowledge of the medical billing cycle, claim adjudication, denial codes, EOBs . Hands-on with billing systems ( Kareo, AdvancedMD, eCW, Epic, Cerner ). Proficient in denial management, HIPAA compliance, documentation accuracy . Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills . Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and RCM tools. Bonus: Certifications ( CPC, CPB ) and coding knowledge ( CPT/ICD-10 ).
