Accounts

Perform and review compliance, debtors, creditors, retention, and liquidated damages.

Manage inter-unit and related-party accounting transactions ensuring compliance with internal and statutory guidelines.

Prepare and post general ledger entries and conduct vendor and GL reconciliations.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, including reconciliation of books with GSTR-2B and resolution of mismatches.

Oversee statutory payments such as royalty, DMF, NMET, TDS, TCS, PF, ESIC, and BIS-related compliance.

Manage return filing in accordance with statutory requirements.

Handle TDS deductions on vendor payments, ensure timely deposits, and coordinate with clients for receivables.

Conduct Budget vs Actual analysis and prepare variance reports to support management decision-making.

Prepare departmental budget reports and assist in financial forecasting activities.

Support treasury operations including payment processing and periodic bank reconciliations.

Manage employee loans and advances including documentation, disbursement, and reconciliations.

Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.

Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors; prepare schedules and resolve audit queries timely.

Ensure strong internal controls across accounting, reconciliation, and compliance functions.
