Accounts Payable Specialist

Work location address : Besides DHL Express, KMJ Atelier, No. 69, Hosur Rd, Muneswara Nagar, Roopena Agrahara, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented AP Associate (Female/Women applicants) to join our team with at least 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, SAP knowledge, and the ability to work the US shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST. **Responsibilities:** * Process and manage AP transactions accurately * Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies * Ensure timely vendor payments * Assist with month-end/year-end closings * Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams * Prepare AP reports for management **Requirements:** * 2 years experience in accounts payable * Strong written and verbal communication skills * SAP proficiency and Excel Skills. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently during the night shift (US shift) Note: Female applicants with Good Communication skills & SAP Proficiency are a must.
