Job Title: Accounts Payable Manager Location: Hyderabad Department: Accounts Payable US SHIFT Timing Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee both Merchandise and Non-Merchandise AP operations Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations for end-to-end Accounts Payable processes (Merchandise and Non-Merchandise) Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing, approvals, and disbursements Oversee vendor reconciliation, aging analysis, and prepayment adjustments Monitor AP-related general ledger entries and ensure correct financial reporting Drive process automation and operational efficiencies across AP functions Support internal/external audits and month-end closing activities Implement and enforce internal controls to ensure policy compliance Mentor and develop a team of 8–10 AP professionals Required Qualifications 5–7+ years of AP experience in a multinational setup, with 4+ years in a managerial capacity Hands-on expertise in both Merchandise and Non-Merchandise payables Deep understanding of accruals, GL impact, and payment workflows Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) Experience working across multiple legal entities or regions Preferred Industry: Retail, FMCG, or Multi-Entity Finance Functions Work Mode: US SHIFT ONLY Show more Show less
