Accounts Payable Manager

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Responsible for managing and monitoring Accounts Payable and Travel and expenses processes. Ensure invoice processing, approval, payment, and T&E policies are correctly adhered to and consistently followed across the business. Manage the Accounts Payable and T&E period-end close, ensuring all deadlines are met. Co-ordinate and execute scheduled payment run, ensuring invoices and reimbursements are paid on time. Review existing processes and identify opportunities for automation, robotics, and digitalization. Ensure strong co-operation with global P2P teams. Manage monthly / weekly meetings with key stakeholders to review challenges in current process and determine and implement the changes and communicate to stake holders. Ensure services level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are met. Monitor timelines and the quality of teams’ performance. Ensure process documents are maintained and kept up to date. Provide support for policy changes, accounting standards and guidelines. Handling internal and external audits. Understand the stakeholder requirements pertaining to reporting requirements, data gathering, provide analysis, problem resolution and support recommending options. Support business process stakeholders on vendor master data processes Other duties may include special projects and system implementation, reporting and analytics. Responsible for hiring, Training, and mentoring the team members towards their career development goals. Process to be handled: Managing invoice inflow Invoice processing Payments Invoice Exception handling Travel and Expenses Audit Quarterly/ Monthly reconciliations MIS reports
