Accounts Payable & Expenses Analyst

As an AP/T&E Analyst at Okta, you will play a crucial role in our fast-paced organization by being detail-oriented, communicative, and a team player with a solid understanding of AP/T&E operations. Your primary responsibilities will include owning the AP inbox, reconciling supplier statements, processing invoices, providing exceptional customer service for T&E inquiries, and ensuring compliance with T&E policies through expense report audits. You will also be responsible for supporting the supplier on-boarding program, assisting with corporate card on-boarding and maintenance, providing guidance to employees on T&E matters, and generating monthly reports on key AP/T&E metrics. Your role will require flexibility to meet the evolving needs of the AP and T&E Department, as well as the ability to work on ad hoc projects as necessary. To excel in this role, you must possess a high school diploma, with college courses in accounting being desirable. Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and oral communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Additionally, you should be capable of driving process improvements, collaborating with various teams, and delivering against deadlines with accuracy. Experience with cloud-related ERP systems such as Workday Expenses, Coupa, and Netsuite is advantageous, as is a motivation to work cross-functionally in a customer service-oriented capacity.
