Job Description

Role Overview: Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their team in ensuring the accuracy of information input into the system, investigating and resolving supplier invoices and disputes, and maintaining operational efficiency. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining 100% accuracy of all information input and meeting set targets on volume and accuracy consistently. Your responsibilities will include working closely with internal teams to resolve issues, ensuring process training completion, and proficiency in data entry management. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain 100% accuracy of any information input in the system - Call out any exceptions to the process immediately and report them - Investigate, resolve, or raise supplier invoices and disputes as needed - Process invoices/activities within agreed SLA/TAT - Work with internal teams to resolve issues/errors identified - Support SPA/SME in clearing queries on time - Identify inconsistencies/issues in the process and work with SME to resolve them - Ensure process training completion within the training period - Proficiency in data entry management Qualifications Required: - Ability to execute under time-sensitive deadlines and work effectively in a dynamic environment - Highly self-motivated with the ability to drive change in a decentralized organization - Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field preferred - ERP knowledge preferred, SAP experience an asset - Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills including Word and Excel - Strong written and oral communication skills Note: The above job description does not include any additional details about the company.,
