Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Payable Associate to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payment processing and posting, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor payments accurately and on time.
• Handle payment postings and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end closing and reporting activities related to payments.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in payment process & payment posting (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP tools (preferred).
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
