Salary Range: Pay – 3.6 – 3.75 LPA

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts using Tally
• Ensure knowledge of Partnership Accounts and company accounting
• Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C
• Generate and manage E-Invoices as per statutory requirements
• Handle sales accounting and perform customer ageing analysis
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor payments and receipts
• Reconcile Form 26AS with books of accounts to ensure correct reporting of TDS credits
• Ensure accurate and timely TDS payments to the government
• Prepare and file TDS returns (such as 24Q, 26Q) in compliance with statutory deadlines
• Ensure compliance with PF (Provident Fund) and PT (Professional Tax) regulations
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain records of outstanding dues
• Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure adherence to statutory and internal policie

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
