Accounts Payable and Receivable Officer

Role Overview: As an Accounts Executive, your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts using Tally. Your role will also involve ensuring knowledge of Partnership Accounts and company accounting, as well as preparing and filing GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C. Additionally, you will be expected to generate and manage E-Invoices as per statutory requirements, handle sales accounting, perform customer ageing analysis, and reconcile Form 26AS with books of accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts using Tally - Ensure knowledge of Partnership Accounts and company accounting - Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C - Generate and manage E-Invoices as per statutory requirements - Handle sales accounting and perform customer ageing analysis - Reconcile Form 26AS with books of accounts to ensure correct reporting of TDS credits - Prepare and file TDS returns (such as 24Q, 26Q) in compliance with statutory deadlines - Ensure compliance with PF (Provident Fund) and PT (Professional Tax) regulations - Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure adherence to statutory and internal policies Qualification Required: - B.
