Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for formalizing all necessary documents such as SOW, JMA, Sponsorship agreement, and change order form. You will need to secure Legal (CELA) approval with the respective team and handle Vendor Creation. Additionally, you will be required to enroll vendors in SSPA (Microsoft) and follow up with Finance for PO Accrual processing. Post PO submission, you will process tasks like documenting Proof of Execution (POE), Invoice Submission (MS Invoice), and Invoice Follow Up. To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of Marketing operations and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is also necessary.
