Job Role:

Looking for a role that's part numbers, part operations, and all impact We're on the hunt for a part-time Accountant & Admin to help us stay on top of our finances while keeping our office running smoothly.

On the Finance side:

• Prep financial statements and reports
• Handle audits and keep us compliant with tax regulations
• Manage accounts payable/receivable
• Track budgets and support financial forecasting
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of records

On the Admin side:

• Keep the office running like clockwork with day-to-day admin support
• Maintain financial + non-financial records in an organized way
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partners
• Help with scheduling, correspondence, and meeting prep
• Pitch in with HR basics like attendance and employee documentation
• Support the management team wherever needed

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
• CA Foundation cleared (nice to have, not a must)
• Experience in financial statements, auditing, and accounts
• Strong with budgeting, forecasting, and Excel
• Comfortable juggling both numbers and admin tasks
• Detail-oriented but also flexible and proactive
• Bonus: experience in the business or entertainment industry
