Accounts Officer

Urgent opening for Accounts Officer- Solar company with Good salary
Location: Near Hopes, Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including sales, purchase, and journal entries.
• Prepare and post SO/PO entries, vouchers, and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Manage petty cash, cash book, and reconcile on a regular basis.
• Prepare and process RTGS/NEFT payments and coordinate with banks.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing to customers/vendors.
• File and manage GST returns, TDS deductions, and related compliance.
• Assist with audit preparation and liaise with auditors when required.
• Maintain up-to-date financial records and support monthly/annual closing.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and statutory compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience working in an Auditor’s office or similar environment (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, RTGS, billing processes, and voucher entries.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / ERP) and MS Excel.
• Good organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Female candidates only.
• Local candidates from Hopes / Singanallur or nearby Coimbatore areas.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Age limit: up to 35 years.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of payroll, statutory deductions, and other financial compliance.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
