Financial Reporting & Month-End Close Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive Finance Packs for clients, including Funding Statements, Cash Flow Projections, and detailed commentary on Profit & Loss variances.
• Conduct monthly review meetings with clients to discuss the P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Manage and submit Quarterly VAT Returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of annual statutory accounts.
• Execute month-end and year-end closing activities, including necessary procedural adjustments.
• Post and manage accruals, prepayments, and other reclassification journal entries.
• Perform Nominal Ledger reviews to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded within the correct accounting period.
• Carry out Bank Reconciliations, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, and Intercompany Reconciliations.
• Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register, ensuring accurate calculation and posting of depreciation.
• Provide support for both internal and external audits, including documentation and query resolution.

Must haves:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• B.com/MBA/M.com/ CA/ACCA/CMA/CFA

• Shift Timings: 12:30 to 10 PM IST/1:30 to 11 PM IST (Depending on daylight)
