Job Title: Accountant / Accounts Executive

Job Summary

The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounting transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role plays a key part in supporting the financial health and reporting functions of the company by handling day-to-day accounting activities with precision and integrity. optiBPO+1

Key Responsibilities Financial Recording & Reporting

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, accounts payable, and receivable. optiBPO
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Expertia
• Conduct account reconciliations, bank statement reviews, and balance sheet analyses. Expertia

Month-End and Year-End Close

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and collections. manatal.com

Budgeting & Forecasting

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and relevant financial regulations. manatal.com

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field. Expertia
