Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accurate financial records, and support timely financial reporting. The role involves handling bookkeeping, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and assisting in audits.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare invoices, credit notes, and debit notes
Perform bank and cash reconciliations
Record and verify expenses and payments
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, VAT, etc. – as applicable)
Assist in internal and external audits
Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments
Support budgeting and forecasting activities

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
Proven experience in accounting or finance roles
Knowledge of accounting principles and standards
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
Strong Excel and MS Office skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
