Accounts Manager

As a Deputy Manager Accounts, your role involves ensuring proficiency and effectiveness in managing day-to-day operations of the Finance team. You will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of accounting functions (AP, AR, GL) to ensure timely and accurate preparation of statutory and monthly management reporting. Your key responsibilities include: - Prepare monthly bank reconciliations. - Manage, improve, and develop financial accounts procedures and administration in compliance with company policies. - Assist in the preparation of audit-related schedules and documentation for yearly audit matters. - Identify, discuss, and suggest solutions in consultation with management for continuous improvement opportunities. - Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned. Qualifications required for this role include: - Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 3 years of accounting/finance experience. - Knowledgeable in accounting principles, practices, financial reporting, audit, and taxation. - Great analytical and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail and the bigger picture in mind. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word to an intermediate level. - Ability to interact effectively with clients. The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement, change, and demonstrate curiosity, collaboration, and the ability to deal with operational challenges.
