Job Description

As a Finance Lead in our company located in Trivandrum, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's share issue procedures. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the company share issue procedures which involve company valuation processes, preparation of projections, and statutory documents to be shared with stakeholders and ROC. - Communicating with Valuers to explain the projections and detailing the logics used for making the projections. - Preparing share issue offer documents, ensuring proper documentation for Company statutory meetings, resolution passing, and intimation with ROC. - Creating budgets and conducting periodical analysis comparing them with actual financial performance. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: - Qualifications: Cleared at least one group of CA IPCC. - Experience: Have 3 years of quality Articleship experience in a Chartered Accountants firm (No post CA Articleship experience required). - Proficiency in using Excel to an Intermediate level. - Ability to work on your initiative. - Strong team leadership skills to guide the finance team. - Attention to detail and good analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Additional Details: Our company offers benefits such as life insurance and Provident Fund. We value individuals with a Bachelor's degree and prefer candidates with 1 year of experience in Accounting and a total of 1 year of work experience. Please note that this is a full-time job located in Trivandrum, where you will be required to work in person.,
