About Us:
We are a growing jewelry unit dedicated to quality craftsmanship and smooth operations. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, inventory tracking, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily bookkeeping records, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
• Manage inventory of jewelry items, ensuring accuracy in stock levels, inward/outward movement, and physical verification.
• Prepare and present monthly inventory and accounting reports to management.
• Assist in vendor payment tracking, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting standards and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping/accounting (preferably in jewelry, retail, or manufacturing).
• Knowledge of inventory management systems or MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of GST, taxation, and reconciliation will be an added advantage.
• Graduate in Commerce/Accounting or related field preferred.
