Accounts & Finance Manager

As an Accounts & Finance Manager, your role will involve overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, budgets, and MIS reports. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with taxation, statutory regulations, and audits. Additionally, you will monitor cash flow, fund management, and financial planning to support management with financial analysis and decision-making. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Professional qualifications (CA / CMA / MBA Finance) preferred. - 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance management. - Strong knowledge of Import & Export Documentation, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory laws. - Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, MS Excel). - Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
