New Product Development & Customer Success Executive The New Development & Customer Success executive will play a pivotal role in analyzing feasibilities of new enquiries and manage New Development Pipelines. The ideal candidate will also possess a proven track record of analyzing 2-D Casting drawings and 3-D Pattern Design. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Masters in relevant field preferred Supreme Proficiency in Solidworks, CAD/CAM tools Minimum of 9 years of experience in New Product Development in the foundry industry. Proven track record of successfully managing Fabrication Shop/ Pattern shop operations Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Excellent project management capabilities, with a focus on delivering results within budget and timeline constraints.
