Job Description

Role Overview

Tally

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts using
Tally
(entries, ledgers, vouchers).
Create and manage
invoices, credit notes, and debit notes
.
Handle
GST
compliance including returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliations, and filings.
Manage
TDS
deductions, challans, returns, and Form 16/16A.
Prepare and provide inputs for
ITR filings
, audits, and statutory compliances.
Perform
bank, vendor, customer, and GST reconciliations
.
Prepare
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
.
Assist in
financial analysis
, variance analysis, and MIS reporting.
Track receivables, payables, and support cash flow planning.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Handle other finance and accounting-related activities as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

2+ years of accounting experience in an Indian firm.
Strong working knowledge of
Tally
.
Good understanding of
GST, TDS, and Income Tax
.
Experience in reporting, MIS, and basic financial analysis.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
.
Strong attention to detail and compliance orientation.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience with CA firms or growing organizations preferred.
