Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handling day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accuracy of books.
Managing accounts payable functions, vendor reconciliations, and payment processing.
Ensuring statutory compliance related to taxation (GST, TDS, etc.).
Preparing monthly MIS reports and supporting financial analysis.
Supporting audits and coordination with consultants and authorities.
Maintaining proper documentation and compliance records in ERP systems.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of
accounting
, with hands-on experience in
Accounts Payable
and
Taxation
(GST, TDS, compliance, returns, and reconciliations).
Excellent command over
Advanced Excel
, including:

Excel Functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, etc.)
Pivot Tables
Conditional Formatting
MIS Reporting and Automation Preparation

Working knowledge of
ERP systems
:

SAP Mandatory
Tally – Preferred

Ability to prepare, analyze, and present
MIS reports
for management review.
Strong
analytical, communication, and documentation skills
.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
