Position Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Accounts Faculty to join our academic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of teaching or training experience in accounting, along with practical knowledge of SAP (preferably SAP FICO module). This role involves delivering high-quality instruction, developing course content, and mentoring students in both theoretical and practical aspects of accounting and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures and practical sessions on core accounting subjects and SAP modules.
• Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and training manuals in line with curriculum objectives.
• Ensure effective learning outcomes through engaging teaching methodologies.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practical assessments.
• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators to enhance course delivery and quality.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in accounting standards and ERP technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching or training experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in SAP with hands-on experience.
• Strong command over accounting principles, Tally, and MS Office tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong classroom management and presentation abilities.
