Job Description

You will be responsible for Purchase & Sales Accounting, Expense Management, Reconciliation & Reporting, and Documentation & Compliance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Recording GVSL and KVF purchase bookings. - Importing and booking sales data (GVSL & KVF) from relevant sheets and software. - Modifying and updating sales and purchase entries after verification. - Recording receipts for both GVSL and KVF. - Booking monthly store expenses. - Ensuring proper filing and documentation of purchase bills. - Performing monthly bank reconciliation for GVSL and KVF. - Preparing monthly GST & HSN sheets. - Carrying out vendor ledger reconciliation as required. - Maintaining systematic filing of all purchase bills and supporting documents. - Ensuring compliance with company financial policies and statutory requirements. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate in Commerce / Finance (B.Com or equivalent). - Knowledge of accounting software (Tally/ERP or similar). - Familiarity with GST, HSN codes, and bank reconciliation. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
