Objectives of the role:

We are looking for an ambitious Accounts Executive with 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, preferably with expertise in SAP, international payments, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and invoicing.The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background, practical exposure to managing end-to-end financial processes, and the ability to support the finance team effectively. A significant part of the role involves preparing financial statements and maintaining various MIS reports.

The candidate should possess a thorough understanding of accounting principles, compliance requirements, and transaction workflows.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with other teams for various financial data & MIS.
  • Knowledge of Finalisation of Accounts as per companies act 2013.
  • Knowledge and preparation data for GST & TDS.
  • Maintain accounting records.
  • Work under SAP environment & post various entries for payment/collections.
  • Rectify accounting errors and post journal entry adjustments.
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial

statements according to company accounting and financial guidelines.

  • Review of expenses and bank reconciliation statements.
  • Vendor Payments.
  • Update and maintain general ledger accounts by keeping close track of accounts

receivable details and control accounts.

  • Complete other accounting tasks as and when needed.

Required Skills and Qualification

  • MCom/BCom/BBA/BAF/BBF/BMS
  • Proven experience as an accountant
  • Excellent organizing abilities
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
  • SAP knowledge preferable.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Detailed understanding of Excel formulae.
