JOB PROFILE:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive who is specialized in Taxation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all tax-related regulations and preparing monthly tax working, including GST, TCS, and TDS. They should also have a strong knowledge of accounting standards as defined by Companies Act, along with expertise in MIS reporting and periodic accounting closure activities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Sound knowledge of accounting standards as defined by Companies Act

• The candidate should hold a C.A./CMA/C.A. Inter qualification

• Ability to prepare monthly tax working, including GST, TCS, and TDS

• Preparation of financial statement as per Schedule III.

• Familiarity with annual and quarterly compliances related to Direct and Indirect taxation

• Ability to apply for registrations, amendments, review tax working, and file returns to ensure compliances

• Strong expertise in MIS reporting and periodic accounting closure activities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial statements

• Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare monthly tax working, including GST, TCS, and TDS

• Ensure compliance with annual and quarterly compliances related to Direct and Indirect taxation

• Apply for registrations, amendments, review tax working, and file returns to ensure compliances

• Assist with assessments and appeals and communicate with the department for relevant details

• Specialize in MIS reporting and periodic accounting closure activities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations

• Assist with other accounting and finance-related tasks as needed
