Position : Accounts Executive
Location:- Bangalore, KarnatakaDays and Time:- Monday to Saturday:- 10 AM to 6:30 PM
Purpose of Job1.To Maintain Accounts of the company2. To Maintain Tax Compliance of the Company3. To Improve our Accounting systems4. To Monitor, Track and Supervise day to day account related activities5.To Implement systems for collecting, analysing, verifying and reporting information
Eligibility Criteria 1. BCom Graduate and CA [ Advantage]2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in accountancy, it is advantageous to have worked in an audit firm3. Good Command of English, Hindi and Kannada. Other Indian Languages like Tamil/Telegu would be an added advantage4. Has Experience in Statutory Compliances i.e Direct and Indirect Taxes5. Must have a strong desire to learn and the ability to adapt6. Ability to act competently when necessarily
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:1. Month and end-year process2. Accounts payable/receivable3. Cash and Bank Books4. General ledger5. Payroll and utilities6. Statutory Compliance work: - GST 1, GSTR 2B reconciliation, GSTR 3B, GSTR 97. TDS, ESI and PF8. Organized maintenance of accounts9. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements10. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles11. Coordinate and complete annual audits12. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions13. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions14. Payment-related activities - Sundry debtors and Sundry Creditors15. Financial Year closing activities16. Storage of Documents and maintenance of files.
