As an Accounts Executive at RPV WISY, your role involves managing financial records, supporting accounting operations, and assisting with sales-related finances to ensure accuracy and compliance in the rainwater harvesting business. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate financial records, process vouchers, and generate invoices. - Support monthly account reconciliation for clarity and accuracy in all transactions. - Handle bookkeeping activities in ERP systems and prepare balance sheets and income statements. - Ensure tax compliance by preparing and filing GST, TDS returns, and generating challans. - Assist the sales team by preparing invoices, maintaining customer transaction records, and reconciling client accounts. - Support internal and statutory audits, prepare financial reports, and assist in budgeting and forecasting. - Collaborate with sales, operations, and project teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance. - Manage petty cash, prepare expense vouchers, and verify branch expenditures. Qualifications Required: - Strong command of Microsoft Office and ERP/accounting software. - Deep understanding of Indian taxation (GST/TDS) and basic corporate accounting practices. - Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration within departments and with clients/vendors. - Attention to detail, organizational ability, and flexibility for long working hours, especially during audits and financial closing periods.
