Maintain accurate financial records and oversee day-to-day accounting tasks.
Manage invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and expense tracking using Tally.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings relevant to real estate.
Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors on financial matters.
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in accounting within the real estate industry.
Strong command of Tally and MS Excel.
Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance in real estate.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
