Opening is for Real ESTATE CO --ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATE PREFERRED

Preferred candidate profile

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage the financial accounts of the company, this involves the day-to-day accounting function and ensuring closing of books in time bound manner on periodic basis including, provisions/accruals, ledger scrutiny, vendor & employee payments etc.
To ensure statutory compliance with respect to ESI, PF, GST, TDS, etc. and timely return filing.
Responsible for adherence to financial & accounting policies and operating procedures framed by the company.
To Handle Internal, Statutory, GST and Tax Audits.
To Handle TDS.

Educational, Professional background and Experience

Bachelor/Master degree in Accounts/Accounts & Business Statistics, finance or a related field.
