Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Experience: 1–2 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Department: Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping.

Handle sales, purchase, and expense entries in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).

Assist in bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and petty cash management.

Prepare invoices, credit/debit notes, and follow up on payments.

Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance on a monthly basis.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books.

Coordinate with auditors during internal/external audits.

Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records.

Requirements:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or related field.

1–2 years of hands-on experience in accounting.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally ERP, Zoho, etc.).

Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory requirements.

Good communication and analytical skills.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Yearly bonus
