Job Description

The Firm at present has a vacancy for Graduate in the service lines of Accounting Work of Indian Entities as well as Overseas Entities based in US, UK and UAE. The job responsibilities for an Account Executive at our firm includes -

Perform data entry for sales, purchase, bank transactions and others.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and related reports.
Reconcile bank statements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist during internal and external audit processes.
Prepare and file tax and regulatory returns (VAT/ TDS/ GST/PT).
Conduct monthly ledger scrutiny and variance analysis.
Prepare various Excel reports as per client requirements.

Handle and record debit and credit notes accurately.
Coordinate with clients through calls and emails.
Experience in UAE/US/UK Accounting will be considered an added advantage.
Knowledge of Quick Books.

Technical Competencies:

1. Sound knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

2. Good working knowledge of Tally ERP Accounting Software

3. Sound knowledge of Tax Return Preparation Software will be an added advantage

4. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

5. Ability to maintain confidentiality

6. Willingness to learn new things and keep abreast of the latest developments

7. Sound working knowledge of GST Act and Rules will be an added advantage
