The Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in statutory compliance, supporting audit processes, and ensuring timely preparation of accounts. The role involves working closely with the finance team and external auditors to maintain the firm’s accounting standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and general ledger.
Prepare and verify journal entries, bank reconciliations, and vendor/client accounts.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, and handle TDS/GST-related entries.
Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.).
Support statutory, internal, and tax audit processes.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare and file returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) as per deadlines.
Handle client queries related to accounting and compliance.
Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants as required.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS, etc.)
Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / Excel
Working knowledge of MS Office and accounting software
Attention to detail and analytical mindset
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Eligibility / Qualification

CA Inter qualified with minimum 1 year experience in accounting / audit firm OR
Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce with minimum 1 years of experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm.
Candidates pursuing CA Final will be given preference.

Remuneration

As per industry standards, based on qualification and experience

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
