Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, stock accounting, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting entries in Tally ERP.
Maintain stock records, monitor inventory movements, and reconcile stock data.
Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense records.
Handle GST working, including purchase/sales entries and reconciliation.
Assist in accounts payable and receivable management.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements and maintain cash books.
Prepare financial data for monthly/quarterly reporting.
Support the senior accountant in audits and financial documentation.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Handle TDS compliance and ensure timely submission of returns.
Perform general accounting tasks such as journal entries, ledger posting, and voucher entry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.

Salary

As per company standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

English (Preferred)
