Accounts Executive - Internship

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive Intern for 3 months to support our finance and accounting department. This internship will provide hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting tasks and exposure to financial systems and business operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining daily accounting records (sales, purchase, payments, receipts, etc.)
• Support with data entry in accounting software (Tally/Zoho/Excel or other ERP systems)
• Help in preparing and checking invoices and bills
• Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management
• Track expenses and help maintain accurate financial records
• Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory reports
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for account-related queries
• Filing and maintaining accounting documents and reports

Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter students or recent graduates
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Tally or accounting software is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to handle sensitive financial data responsibly
