Job Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to oversee the company’s financial operations and ensure compliance with all accounting standards and practices. The successful candidate will manage financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts Bookkeeping payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in coordination with department heads.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings (GST, TDS, etc.), and company policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Utilize accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.) to manage financial operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• Professional certification (CA, CMA, CPA, etc.) is an advantage.
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in accounting or Book Keeping and compliances, with at least 2 years as an Executive role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
