Job Description

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, statutory compliance, and timely reporting. The role supports the finance department in bookkeeping, taxation, payroll coordination, and audit activities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers
Record and verify all financial transactions (sales, purchase, expenses, receipts)
Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payment entries
Handle bank entries, bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Assist in GST compliance – returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliation
Support TDS compliance – deduction, challans, returns, and Form 16/16A
Coordinate with payroll/HR for salary accounting, PF & ESIC entries
Maintain statutory records and support audits (internal & external)
Prepare monthly MIS reports and assist in finalization of accounts
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) – mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
