Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and book transactions.
Handle purchase, sales, journal, payment, and receipt entries.
Manage inventory records, stock entries, and reconciliation.
Handle GST calculations, returns, and related documentation.
Manage TDS deductions, calculations, payments, and return filings.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist in monthly closing.
Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related requirements.
Ensure timely statutory compliance and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Hands-on experience in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Strong understanding of inventory and ledger management.
Good analytical, coordination, and reconciliation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
