About ABA Technologies
We are a growing dental equipment distributor, supplying advanced dental lasers and surgical equipment to clinics and practitioners across India. As our business expands, we’re looking for a dependable Accounts Executive to join our team.

What you’ll do

• Handle day-to-day accounting with minimal supervision
• Record all financial transactions in Tally Prime
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B) on time
• Manage TDS calculation, deduction, and compliance
• Carry out regular bank reconciliations
• Create sales invoices, purchase entries, and payment/receipt vouchers
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports
• Work with our CA on audits, filings, and compliance
• Keep our accounting and tax practices compliant with current regulations

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred)
• Hands-on Tally Prime experience: daily entries, vouchers, and reconciliation
• Working knowledge of GST filing and TDS
• Good command of MS Excel
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Immediate joiners preferred

Experience

• Experienced candidates with 1+ year as an Accountant or Accounts Executive are welcome.
• Freshers are welcome too, provided they have solid practical Tally Prime skills, ideally through an internship or on-the-job exposure (not classroom training alone).
• Candidates with internship experience in accounting, GST, or TDS will be given preference.
