Job Summary

Vaid International Pvt. Ltd., a company engaged in trading, distribution, and manufacturing of housekeeping, cleaning, and plastic products, is looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Executive to independently handle day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, billing, banking transactions, and financial documentation.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime.

- Handle purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.

- Prepare GST invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.

- Prepare and reconcile GST reports, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2B.

- Maintain TDS records and coordinate tax compliance.

- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

- Monitor customer outstanding payments and follow up on collections.

- Maintain supplier accounts and payment schedules.

- Handle petty cash and daily expense records.

- Maintain inventory and stock-related accounting records.

- Prepare monthly financial and expense reports.

- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for GST filing, taxation, and audits.

- Ensure accurate accounting records and proper documentation.

Required Skills

- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime.

- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

- Proficiency in MS Excel.

- Experience in accounts payable and receivable.

- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and financial reporting.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to handle accounting responsibilities independently.

Qualifications & Experience

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

- Experience in trading, distribution, or manufacturing companies will be an advantage.

Salary & Employment Details

- Monthly In-Hand Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000

- Full-Time, Permanent Position.

- Salary based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
