Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, Tally/ERP software, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, bills, and payment documents.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of expenses and company transactions.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Prepare basic financial reports and MIS as required.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records. Assist senior management and the finance team with accounting-related tasks.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting errors promptly. Required Skills Good knowledge of Accounting Principles and Bookkeeping.
• Working knowledge of Tally/ERP software.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Good command of MS Excel.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification - B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or a similar industry will be an added advantage. Preferred Candidate
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates with practical experience in Tally, GST, TDS, reconciliation, and Excel will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
